CARROT KHEER

 

Recipe for carrot kheer

Materials Required

Carrot

2 (medium size)

Milk       

1 cup

Sugar

10 tb spoon

Ice blocks

1/2 tray

Cardomom powder

a pinch

Procedure for preparing carrot kheer

Scrape out the outer layer of carrot and cut it into small pieces. Grind the carrot finely in a mixie with the addition of a small quantity of water. Now drain out the juice seperately. Now pour the carrot juice, milk and add sugar, cardomom powder in a container and boil for 2 minutes. Filter it and allow it to cool for some time.

Add ice blocks to make it for 4 cups. Now the carrot kheer is ready to serve!
