How to make paneer bhajji?
Sufficient water is added to the bengal gram flour and it is mixed with rice flour, chilli powder, salt, baking soda, and asafoetida in order to prepare a thick batter of curd like consistency. The paneer is cut in to thin slices and dipped in the mix and fried in oil till it is golden brown. The Paneer Bajji is now ready and can be eaten as snacks during evening time along with coffee or tea as you choose.
